Would the colour be absolutely same as I see on the screen after printing ? |
| There is no gurantee of the colour on the product. The colour depends on factors like the type of customization technique, the product surface, the logo/design file uploaded by you. We would always recommend getting a sample made through us if exact colour is a required on the product. |

What is the cancellation policy ? |
| All our products are customized products and products once customized cannot be reused by anyone. Pls call or email immediately on support@printqk.com or 9540022695,7503354884 We can entertain cancellation requests upto 2 hours from the time the order was placed with us. |

Can products be returned/exchanged ? |
| Since the products are customized, they cannot be exchanged or returned. |

There is quality issue in the product received by me ? |
| We would replace the product free of cost in case of quality issues. However, pls inform about the quality issue within 24 hours from the time of receipt of the product. We would recommend you sharing the picture of the quality issue with us over email at support@printqk.com. Replacement of the product will only be sent once we receive back the quality issue product at our office. |
